45 minute sessions preparing you for your appointments such as medical check ups or any social services appointments. Supporting you to prepare questions for check up appointments with your care provider. Support to empower you to feel more confident and for your voice to be heard in health appointments. Support if involved in social care involvement such as child in need and child protection planning. Support to write complaint letters to health and social professionals.
